When I saw it, I thought about 100 monkeys at typewriters trying to crank out the works of Shakespeare. I saw it as referring to the bill, that is, how irrational, dumb and thrown-together it was, and had nothing to do with any one individual, white or black.
The NAACP crowd is just looking for something to get upset about, and in addition, I’m sure Bambi would love to find a way of silencing the Post. Have you noticed how he goes after about one target per week? Having his minions at the NAACP do it for him, of course, is even better.
