I watched the clips with Gibbs...he seemed more of a used-car salesman, than a White House spokesman. In this case....its not just Rick who is calling the White House out....almost 90 percent of the true financial experts in America...are calling them out. You have to go to some think-tanks with paid financial consultants for the Democrats....to get a counter argument.
I think Rick has hit the button on this entire discussion. You’ve got idiots trying to fix something and they are simply making the problem worse, rather than better. Rick also doesn’t have much good to say over the SEC. He knows that they haven’t done their job in twenty years.

I don’t think they’re trying to FIX anything.
What they’re doing is deliberately destroying what exists so that it can be rebuilt in their image.
The Obammunists aren’t misinformed, naive or ignorant. They know exactly what they’re doing and what their goal is....
You sir, have hit the nail squarely on the head. The apparent incompetence, is simply a smoke screen to allow them to implement their socialist agenda.
