Worse, those ungrateful bastards were moved into MY neighborhood and got to live here rent-free after Katrina. The crime rate (always very low) skyrocketed. Trash on the streets ... formerly rare went into overdrive.
Fortunately the benefits ran out and the filthy nasty scumbags moved out while trashing the houses they were living in. Is that all of them, no. But definitely a supermajority of them.
They are still living off the taxpayer. They got giftcards, free hotel rooms etc. They griped about having to eat MRE’s. My son, who served in the military 6 years, was saying MRE’s were pretty good.
Useless eaters they are.
