Better late than never, I guess.
I’m in NJ, that ain’t happening in the land of corruption and legalized unions!!
This state and country are really pissing me off!
Nope. I don’t think threatening to call recalcitrant governors racist is going to squelch this movement.
Don’t take the money and there won’t be any strings.

Interestingly, a few months ago I laughed at the post on FR about the Russian fellow who predicted the breakup of the USA in 2010 and now I’m seeing so many things that are making me wonder if he was really so far off the mark?
Unfortunately, our fairy-dust gov. in Florida (Charlene Crist) is BO’s mouth piece. (maybe bad choice of words.)
States should have been "asserting their sovereignity" all along. It was just too easy to pass the buck to the fedgov.
I just wrote the Gov. of NC and asked if they were going to do anything like that. Just to let you know, and I will let you know if I hear anything. Out here S.Doc

Double up on your tin foil and follow me here for a second. In order for a socialist / marxist revolution to really work, you have to plug the leaks. Those leaks come in the form of that pesky ol’ constitution and it’s enumeration of federal powers.
So, instead of fighting that directly, I think the plan is to get every state beholden to the fed (more so than they already are), thereby gaining effective (if not codified) control over them.
Posted last night when it was, get this, 13 minutes old, nyark, nyark -- neener,neener...
