Obama is back at 59% approval. The +12% Presidential Approval Index is about as low as he's been so far. He's been at 11% before IIRC.

“Fifty percent (50%) say the President is doing a good or an excellent job on economic issues.”

In other news, 50% of Americans have resorted to buying flips flops. Those shoelace-thingies are just too darn hard to figure out.

At this rate, he will envy JEC’s and GWB’s approval rating. The question will be if the GOP can capitalize on it

Ideologically, 69% of liberals Strongly Approve along with 46% of political moderates and 13% of conservatives.

God help us if 13% of conservatives think this guy is doing a wonderful job.

One month after Inauguration Day, the President gets much stronger reviews from non-investors than investors.

Translation: Barry's boys from the 'hood waitin' on their handout like him much better than those trying to scratch out a living by working.

“anticipointment”

a gut wrenching emotion felt deep in the belly of a person unrealistically looking forward to an upcoming event immediately after the reality of extreme disapointment has replaced the anticipated happiness

“anticipointment” :

The state of mind resulting from excitedly anticipating a strongly promoted product, event, film, etc, and then being disappointed when it fails to meet the expectations generated by this promotion.

I can't believe he's this high. Inflation's up, the market is tanking, and now he's defensively talking about how he won't tolerate "waste".

The media will put lipstick on any pig, as long as he's a Diversity Commie. IMO.

the word “President” needs to be inserted after “film” in that last definition

After waiting and praying for a long time, today I moved a substantial sum from a money market fund to cash. I have no confidence that this Administration or Congress has the capability of doing anything positive to effect the market.

The question will be if the GOP can capitalize on it

Structured as they are presently?

No way in God's creation!

Roots need to be ungrounded, shown as the only firm anchor, planted again with determination before the GOP can even consider ANY promotion of survival.

It's just the way it is.

Overall, 59% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President’s performance

So does that include a "fair" evaluation because I can remember under George W. "fair" was always counted on the negative side. Which was the opposite of how "fair" was calculated under Bill Clinton.

"God help us if 13% of conservatives think this guy is doing a wonderful job."

Those 13% of conservatives are of the "I'm a life long Republican, but I'm voting for " variety that the dims trot out every election.

I can't believe he's this high.

When "HOPE" is gone and "CHANGE" is proved to be "the same ol' same ol'", trust me, it will drop further.

Empty suit's cannot lead and that's just the way it is.

Plus, someone who identifies themselves as ‘conservative’ is not necessarily one!

I’m sure that these 13% of conservatives have no problem with abortion, or spreading the wealth.

There really should be a test.

Maybe that’s what we all need to do an April 15, and send the government a message.
