Here, is the way it is done....the husband is a construction worker, and during the season, makes big bucks, what with overtime etc, and she drives a school bus...hence their immediate combined monthly income, they were qualfied...no one bother to ask what whappens when school is out, and construction slows..
‘Nobody bothered’ or were they even allowed to ask? I read somewhere that because of the ACORN folks and the laws that the dems pushed through congress during the Clinton era...the banks are now required to accept ‘welfare’ as a source of income...with no prejudice. Some of these people were not even required to have downpayments or jobs!!
Everytime we have bought homes over the years, we were required to bring in several years worth of tax returns.
Is that only required of the responsible people in society now and not the looters?
