We rent the house we live in.
We did not think it was a good idea to buy a house with “no money down” and “no income check.”
Why should OUR tax money be used to keep other people in houses they should NEVER have bought?
Bingo! This is the whole problem. Those who took crazy risk win and those who didn't, pay them! Gotta love socialism...
