Sure it was. All the teenagers were screwing each other from 7th grade on. I waited until I was 19. Half of my school would be registered sex offenders now for messing around with their sophomore girlfriends when they were seniors.

If you want it to stop, start injecting kids with hormones that make them not go through puberty until 18. You're about as likely to keep curious teens apart as you are to keep your kitten from going through heat. Maybe the government should just spay and neuter everyone so they don't do anything naughty.
