Very few want it to succeed. Even the Democrat congressional budget office said that if it succeeds it won’t improve the economy and it will bury further generations in debt. If it fails, the country wins.

I have yet to see a single supporter of the “stimulus” explain how it will work. All I’ve heard are lies from RATS. “No earmarks”, “No pork”, etc.
NZ seems odd since he hates cold weather.

As an aside — this is the first time I’ve seen video of Rush ranting during his broadcast. I usually only hear the audio, and in my mind’s eye I picture Rush with a suit on, hands folded on his desk, looking very controlled and... well... presidential as he holds forth.
It’s amusing to see that he looks just like I do when I’m ranting and raving in the privacy of my own office to nobody but my computer!
(Not that what I have to say is as erudite or entertaining as Rush, mind you!)

For the record, Snowe and Collins sold out the country for $87,142,555.50 each! That is ONLY .0045% of the $38,101,898,173 in total Infrastructure money! Talk about cheap “hoses”!

The Dems want the “stimulus” to fail, too. Then, they will just spend more to save us from “imminent economic disaster.”
The thing that scares me about Texas is that they will have a fight on their hands with the both out-of-countrol countries (Mexico and Obamistan) on all sides.
