not to worry- a pallet of shovels for those new “shovel ready” jobs building sidewalks and roads- is probably enroute. Or maybe those workers would prefer to sign up to be daycare workers.
When Delphi closed around here, they canned everyone, dumped the pensions on taxpayers, and then split up $30 million dollars among the team that oversaw the closing.
They should tax the fired workers also in order to fund art projects and public schools in Detroit...
