I highly doubt it. Although Matthews and his minions would love to make people (especially conservatives like Freepers) believe it.

I buy it because it is more likely. Cheney would not disagree
with Bush in public unless it was a very serious issue to him.
He would not react in public in a hostile and emotional way but the emotions are certainly there.
