I buy it because it is more likely. Cheney would not disagree
with Bush in public unless it was a very serious issue to him.
He would not react in public in a hostile and emotional way but the emotions are certainly there.

If you are a psychic or were a fly on the wall you may be able to claim this. Otherwise, it's pure conjecture.
The important thing is that Bush-Cheney were united for most of what was important.
The MSM will pick at the minority and try to get conservatives in on the gossip.
