I got a chuckle out of this! Those who riot on their non-riot days will be shot. Wait, riot around my place and you could get shot on any day.
The situation in CA is most fascinating to me. When the cops don’t get paid and then when the welfare checks are just IOU’s and can’t be redeemed for anything but a promise. That scenario seems to me to be the precusrsor and I’ve been watching it daily. The “gimmees” will riot and the Thin Blue Line won’t be there to stop them nor will the Fire Department to put out the looted and torched buildings. As a kid I lived in LA, we moved back to IL jut ahead of the Watts riots and I still remember the scenes of that mess.
