Last year, I discovered I could not forward Daniel Pipes. I would get a *no spam* reply/prompt from the recipient ISP.

So, I simply copy/paste into a new email with a different subject.

I am glad you folks mentioned this. I thought is was some sort of spam filtering on my end that was causing some of the challenges to information gathering via the ‘net. I recently had one site link from an article posted here I wasn't permitted to get into, a few others would just say the page is not available etc. For whatever reason it never dawned on me I might be being censored through the ISP.

Really dumb question, but can an ISP be sued for infringing on Free Speech through censorship on their end? We would scream bloody murder about book censorship at the library. The books are there and available to read, it is the individual who decides which to ‘checkout.’ Censorship of the information super highway by Waxman or an ISP provider infringes on our basic Rights.
