And there is tons of wide open spaces.

And when I think of my kids, I can't think of a better place to raise them. South Florida is paved over in the areas you can go, and a mosquito ridden swamp elsewhere. It may be the "change" we need.

We bought our house just before the bubble at $109,900. Property valuation had it up to about that much or $117,000 just last year. It now has a property valuation of $67,000. I know the assesors always lowball, but it’s an example from today’s property valuation letter.

Thanks, we’re going to spend a while doing research before we move on anything. To be honest the final decision to go is still in play over $$$...
