I dunno. But I do know that I have always assumed that to be qualified for Prez one had to have 2 parents who were American citizens. I've operated under that assumption for years. Not sure where I picked it up. Might have been in school, 30 years ago. Seems I heard it somewhere as a child. That's why I couldn't understand the hysteria over where Capt. Unicorn was born...to me, the question was to whom!

It doesnt have to be defined. That is a liberal viewpoint of the constitution.

It is quite clear in the constitution what “natural born” means.
