We wouldn’t be gaining a seat in Ohio in 2010, we’d only be HOLDING what we already have. We need to be targeting Democrat seats, but we have problems next year for the Senate, because there aren’t a lot of viable targets (and we’ve got retirees whose seats we have to defend). Even best case scenario, we couldn’t win back the Senate as we did in 1994. We’d probably have a better chance for the House, but even that is probably too formidable from a logistical standpoint.

True...about the Senate seat...but I have to tell you, I think it’s going to be an uphill battle to elect a GOP to Voinivich’s seat...it would help if people would support the GOP financially.
