He was convicted for collaborating with ETA
Gonzalo Boyé is behind the lawsuit presented against the former Israel defence minister

Behind the lawsuit presented against the former Israel defence minister and six military is Gonzalo Boyé. The lawyer was sentenced for collaborating with ETA and exerted the defense of an ETA member while he maintained the official version in the trial of the 3/11 case.

(Libertad Digital) The National High Court judge Fernando Andreu, admitted Thursday the lawsuit presented by the Palestinian Center for the Human Rights against the former Israel defence minister, Benjamin Ben-Eliezer, and six military. He attributes them a crime against the Humanity for an attack in the Gaza Strip the on July 22nd, 2002 in which a terrorist of Hamas and fourteen civilians were killed.

Behind this lawsuit, which has sparked a confrontation between both countries (the present minister of Defense described as "crazy" the decision of the court and the ambassador already has noticed that the relations could be complicated) is Gonzalo Boyé, one of the lawyers of the Palestinian Center.

The lawyer was a member of the Chilean [terror organization] MIR and collaborated in the kidnapping of [businessman] Emiliano Revilla following ETA’s orders. With other three members of the organization, he kept under surveillance the industrialist, a job that cost him ten years in prison for collaboration with a terror organization. In prison he attended his studies of Law in the National University of Distance Education (UNED). The lawyer has defended ETA members and ETA-linked people in the last years.

He also represented one of the victims [a Chilean] of 3/11 during the trial. Throughout the judicial process, he defended with vehemence the official theory on the attacks, even saying that it did not matter what the chemical experts said on the [composition of the] explosives [used in the massacre].

Gonzalo Boyé acted during the trial of 3/11 as an infiltrated agent, providing ammunition to the pro-Socialist media, which is in one way or another all the Spanish media, in order to make look like the families and victims supported the official version on the attack, when the truth is that most of them were against it.

Infiltration, sometimes not so clear as in this case, has been a constant during the four years the civic movement pursuing the truth behind 3/11 has been working, and it almost split it two years ago.

En otras palabras...

This terrorist became a lawyer while in prison for participating with the Basque separatists (ETA) in kidnapping a businessman.

Now as a lawyer he has succeeded in getting a Spanish court to try the Israeli defense minister for an attack against terrorists in Gaza.

He is also representing one of the victims of the March 11 (2004) train bombings. I presume he is suing the Spanish Government? He vehemently defends the (Spanish government's) official version, that Moslem terrorists did the bombing, even though explosives experts link the explosives used to the ETA. The former Spanish government of Prime Minister Aznar had originally pointed to the ETA as the culprits, but subsequently public opinion pointed solely to the Islamists and blamed Aznar for provoking them by having sent Spanish troops to Iraq in support of the U.S.-led effort. This public belief led to Aznar losing the election that took place right after March 11, 2004.

A nice fellow that Boye...

That's it.

No. In Spain there exists the figure of the private accusation since attorneys are appointed by the government. I've talked about it previoulsly in this post:

3/11: High Rank Police Officers in the Dock for Alleged Manipulation of a Forensic Report

He acted as private or independent accusation. However, he supported all the arguments of the government's attorneys.

He vehemently defends the (Spanish government's) official version, that Moslem terrorists did the bombing, even though explosives experts link the explosives used to the ETA. Correct. However, I don't think ETA carried out the bombing. I agree with Frank J. Gaffney Jr on that it probably was an inside job. I published my opinion and the facts on which I found it here:

3/11: The Disinformation Campaign

If you didn't get frighten easily by these things, I´d tell you that 3/11 it was probably inspired in the Bologna massacre.

There was a lot of money to earn if the right wing government lost the elections. Spain is a country controlled by oligarchies that don't want to hear anything about freedom or free market.

Sounds like classic burrowing into the institutions. Something the Left has been doing everywhere since ‘68.

Soon in Spain there won’t be institutions, just the regime.

I worked for a French bank, and their country and economy are also like what you describe. But they don't resort to killing their own citizens or allowing it to happen. (They will however cover up a mistake by one of their own that results in innocent deaths, such as in the case of the tainted blood that killed dozens, I believe.)

French people are far more politically mature than Spaniards. They had their revolutions in the 18th and 19th century and they seem to have reached a common ground in their Socialist republic.

I don’t think they are directly involved, the cash points out towards the Catalonian oligarchy as the masterminds. However, they may have provided international support to the conspirators.

It is a form of neocolonialism, also applied in Italy.
