First time I’ve ever agreed with China ‘bout ANYTHING...
I can really appreciate this. I had about 4 work days, maybe 25-27 hours of "eyeball time" to review about 650 pages of test procedures. It took me 5 days, and the recipient of the review were pleased as hell with the results, because they could tell I read the whole thing, pretty much every line, and read it critically.
There is no way any Sinator or CongressCritter read 1,100 pages. Anything could have been in there, and they'd have voted for it.
