I refuse to take any of the lawsuits seriously until someone at least TRIES to subpoena the document in question. Thus far no one has and therefore all these nuisance lawsuits will continue to get thrown out of court, as well they should. The Keyes attorneys are still seeking that document. That's the point.

All day, I’ve been wondering why not one of our Representatives or Senators has pushed a bill requiring that the President show his eligibility, why they aren’t *actually* filibustering both Obama and this travesty of a ‘stimulus’ bill.

Scary isn’t it? The new version of the most corrupt city in America, Chicago, is now taking root in D.C.!

Hello Philman, I did not mean to indicate you as dissing Keyes....that response was just a general question, probably should be addressed to the original poster.

***My thoughts as well. I’ve posted that question on a couple of threads thinking someone might have an answer. I sure don’t and evidently no one else does, either.

Well, I can give you my opinion: It's because they've become little more than the second leg of the socialist beast.

Welllllllll, I’m glad at least Keyes is waking up to the seriousness of the evils we face.
Maybe he can wake some others up . . . like some FREEPERS, even.
Sigh.

Eternal Vig says..”Ive read this twice and dont see where Obama is threatening Keyes.
Obama is demanding that Keys have to pay all court costs
this is a tactic of those with MONEY, to force them to quit the suit.
while this is justifiable in “frivolus” cases....this is by Far...NOT such a case.
Keys suit is for all of us, and for the Constitution.
Obama is a Corrupt Marxist...and deserves Jail. not Legal loop-holes of protection.

The frog in the boiling water comes to mind. However, when the tipping point is reached, they make major transformations overnight.
They use the courts to weaken basic American institutions.
This is pretty much what Chavez did. He did not use violence (much) to take control of the country. I don't pretend to be an expert on the subject, however the simplest explanations and examples will be needed to reach the average dumbed-down voter.

Sounds like a Rule 11 motion. I’d be interested to hear what their basis is.
To: DMZFrank
Great synopsis DMZ.
Obama’s Occidental records may even contain the information of him being born overseas since in all likelihood he entered college as a foreign student.

His Marxism is only partly as evil and horrendous as his Oligarchic globalism.
All are hellish to the max.

Would be interesting to see a “whistleblower” suit filed by someone who has seen the actual document...what would that be worth $.
