“Keyes needs to lead a march on WASHINGTON!”

Indeed!

Perhaps it could be called ‘The million patriot march’.

We ‘The People’ need to assert our personal sovereignty over government tyranny — NOW — before it is too late.

“If there is anything which it is the duty of the whole people to never entrust to any hands but their own — that thing is the preservation of their own liberties and institutions.” - Abraham Lincoln

“The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the Courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” - Abraham Lincoln

“Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.” - Thomas Jefferson

Doo doo happens. Doo doo happened when the sucker was allowed to take the oath of office and a hundred-thousand patriots turned over in their graves.

I'm sure at least one of them would have prevented it from happening if they were still among the living.

Thanks for the post azishot, and the encouragement. I hope, and in my heart, believe that you are right. Good will triumph over evil. But right now, we live in dark days, and the enemy of freedom is all around.

All day, I’ve been wondering why not one of our Representatives or Senators has pushed a bill requiring that the President show his eligibility, why they aren’t *actually* filibustering both Obama and this travesty of a ‘stimulus’ bill.

Our congress critters were caught with pants down on 9-11. Only Bush knew what to do. They are now deer in the headlights as a coup is unfolding before our eyes. They have NO IDEA how to stop the overthrow of our constitutional government by these Marxists. its all to fanciful to believe...

Barack Hussein Obama II’s original, long form, vault copy Certificate of Birth can be subpoenaed under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-18(b)(9). It can be subpoenaed by an order of any court of comptent jurisdiction.

I refuse to take any of the lawsuits seriously until someone at least TRIES to subpoena the document in question. Thus far no one has and therefore all these nuisance lawsuits will continue to get thrown out of court, as well they should

It has been tried in Broe v. Reed:

Steal away. The Original Author approved the idea in the first place. Now, go move mountains!

That was still a civil action (lawsuit).
I’m talking about a criminal investigation for fraud/forgery with a prosecuting attorney (district attorney or state attorney general’s office) seeking the subpoena.

A good start would be to require so-called non-profits to pay taxes. A lot of people wouldn’t be employed by these folks if they were taxed like everybody else.

Next we need to cut the public private partnerships and stop the government from giving money to any non profit to do anything for them acting as an arm of the government.

Keyes, like any bafoon who files a frivolous lawsuit, is wasting the court's time and money. He should be sanctioned.

Tell us why you think the court should sanction Keyes.

Why can’t us plebes see proof of your lord Obama’s citizenship?

Tell us why you think the court should sanction Keyes.

Because he's wasting the court's time filing frivolous, meritless motions.

Why can’t us plebes see proof of your lord Obama’s citizenship?

He's not my lord. I voted against him and I oppose most of his policies.

However, he has posted his birth certificate on the internet, and that, combined with all the corroborating evidence of his birth in Hawaii, is proof beyond a reasonable doubt he is a natural born citizen.

Now it's true, no one can verify his birth certificate's authenticity without examining a physical copy, so I suppose it hasn't been proven beyond all doubt to all private citizens. The only way to do that would be to mail a physical copy to every single citizen who requests one. Do you honestly think that is reasonable?

Do you believe everything you see on the internet?

Whether it is a civil action or a criminal action doesn't matter. The point was to get the BC. A subpoena is a subpoena - whether issued for a civil case or a criminal case.

Why do you say this, Curiosity?

Disagree. If he produces the birth certificate once, case closed....or “game on” as far as I can tell.

Check, again, your stance on ‘natural born citizen.’ Having a Kenyan citizen as a father disqualifies him from the start.
