I would sure like to see a state - say TX, TN, OK, other? - to put a hold all Federal taxes that it’s citizens are to pay the Federal government, collect it at the state level, but not forward it to the Federal government, until zero proves he meets the qualifications of office.

This article indicates that Congressman Neil Abercombie gave a speech at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children in Honolulu in which he said Obama wrote him a letter that stated he was born at that hospital: "Kapi'olani is the place of my birth."
