February 13, 2009 Good News! Specter's numbers tanking in PA
Rick Moran
Some good news to start off your weekend. Arlen Specter is in trouble with the voters in Pennsylvania.
A look inside the numbers shows the problem for Specter may be even more significant. Fifty-eight percent (58%) of Republican voters in the state are less likely to vote for Specter.
Among voters not affiliated with either major party, just 27% are more likely to support the long-time incumbent while 48% are less likely to do so.
These numbers are not surprising given the partisan response to the stimulus bill itself.
Nationwide, support for the stimulus legislation increased following President Obamas nationally televised press conference earlier this week. Still, the legislation is perceived as being what Democrats want rather than a bipartisan product.

Want to ponder something really scary? I read recently that Specter has a "life long" ambition to become a Supreme Court Justice. I wonder if that is what Obamalamadingdong offered him for support of his spending boondoggle? There will almost certainly be two vacancies on the SCOTUS, and maybe three in the next four years.....
More likely he'll be included in most events at the White House and all liberal functions. Heck, Hollywood will probably even salute him (if only using their hands to do it).
GOP silence on these three traitors to their party and the anger of constituents toward them is deafening.
before you build something new, you must first destroy the old.
For this traitor, it should read like this:
Ninety-nine percent (99%) of Republican voters in the state are less likely to vote for Specter.
Awesome!
Good. I can’t wait to vote against him in the primaries, and won’t shed a tear if he loses the general election(provided he gets that far).
I received an email yesterday that said he was given $6.5 million for one of his pet projects in porkulus. I didn’t save the email tho. The pet project is cancer research.
Your tag line is just as awesome from my point of view!
Sounds good. Discipline has to start somewhere.
“...we can flog him (Im not so inhumane as to burn him)”
‘Proper’ burning can be more humane than flogging to death. Instead of a slow roast you make enough smoke to cause quick asphyxiation or enough heat to quickly scorch the lungs so they don’t function.
Flogging can be slow.
He’s the thing they are putting their trust in....not the bill. Oh, the blindness.....and the delusion.
Mr. Haywroth:
Right now, we need to find people who can challenge our RINO Senators in 2010.
I would like to encourage you to run for the seat currently occupied by John McCain.
If we are going to remove the people who hurt us over and over again, we must do so early, so that we can support the individual that will replace them in the primaries of 2010.
Please give this consideration. Please join us to help make our Senate presence more supportive of Conservative ideals.
I will help you any way I can, both financially and on the ground in your state. I will travel on my own dime to do it. I will bring others with me.
With respect...

This is a NO-Brainer ! Specter is not,was not and never will be a Conservative Republican....Period ! He should have been voted out years ago.
Uncertain 'Blue Slip' Policy Could Affect 4th Circuit - by David Ingram (Blog of Legal Times)
That’s great!
I’ve been trying to spread the word.
Hopefully he goes for it.
We’re looking at picking off three people next year. We should be able to focus on three people.
We also need to pick three of the worst Democrats, and pick them off too.
If we focus, we should be able to get our way on half of the attempts we make. That would be a very good outcome.
If we do that in the Senate for three or four cycles, we’re going to be in a lot better shape.
I agree.
We only have a few glaring idiots that need to be made examples of.
If we strike them down that may go a long way toward striking the fear of God into the squishy ones remaining.
