Child rape suspect in court this morning (2 illegals rape 11 yo)

One of the two men arrested in the rape of an 11-year-old girl was denied bond...this morning.

Juan Hernandez-Monzalvo...said little, through a translator.

He was appointed a public defender and was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.

DNA links rape suspect to second attack 2 men confess to rape of 11-year-old girl

Hernandez-Monzalvo was on suicide watch yesterday and did not go before a judge. Hernandez-Monzalvo, 24, is facing several charges including kidnapping and raping a child younger than 13, which is punishable by life in prison. A second man, Richard Morales-Marin, 23, is also charged with the same crime.

Orange County Sheriff's deputies said the two men confessed to kidnapping an 11-year-old girl from a Lynx bus stop near S. Orange Blossom Trail and Lancaster Drive last week. They took her to a home on Rose Boulevard where they both raped her. They then drove the victim back to the bus stop and disappeared.

Hernandez-Monzalvo, of Mexico, is in the country illegally. He lived in a home with his wife, two children and four other Mexican men. Morales-Marin is also in the country illegally.

Deputies say that DNA samples taken from Morales-Marin matches the DNA found in at least one other unsolved case.

Morales-Marin is now a suspect in the rape of a 19-year-old woman January 2008 at the Florida Mall, deputies said. The attack took place in a parked car near the Borders bookstore, the victim told detectives.

Immigration officials have placed detainers on both men so they will be turned over to federal custody if they are released for any reason.

Check back for updates.

This is getting brushed aside due to the latest disappearance of another small white girl. “Illegal” should be in the rag’s title too.

Will someone please explain to me again how the laws on the books keep me safer from predators than does the gun on my hip?

Anyone?

I heard about this several times on local Orlando radio stations. I just can’t believe that none of the stories mentioned they were illegals! /s

Oh oh oh, one of the stories did tell me that one of the suspects said they were "drunk and stupid", but never mentioned he said that through a translator.

In a more just society these two would now be dead after having dug their own graves!

He lived in a home with his wife, two children and four other Mexican men.

The four illegal males were probably servicing this idiot's squaw while he trolled for our babies.

The wife of one of these illegals turned them in ,, she wasn’t very concerned about the child rape ,, she was concerned that it might bring ICE on them ,, I guess that would be because in Mexico you can find child prostitutes pimped by their parents anywhere ,,, in fact 12 and under is more common than teenage as the pimps can get a better price and the girls are less likely to become pregnant.

A good friend of mine is a ship's captain and he travels the world and goes to places like Trinidad, the Philippines and the like. He says everywhere he goes there are kids running around free as birds without a care in the world. He said that is because there aren't many rapists or molesters because the people take matters into their own hands and cut off the important molesting/raping parts of their bodies.

America rehabs them---or tries.

I recall a decade or so ago, in a Central American country, two brothers decided to rape a little 9-year-old girl. Our borders were fairly secure then and we didn't have to sacrifice one of our children to curb their lust.

At any rate, they raped and murdered her. In order to facilitate their violation of her they used a knife to enlarge a certain part of her anatomy.

The townspeople were, of course, up in arms and the government arrested and held these two animals in jail. The powers decided that they'd have to execute these vermin in public by a firing squad.

When the execution was announced the bleeding hearts from el norte came down to cover the terrible punishment. The government decided to televise it as a display of their concern so that all those in the country (I think it was Costa Rica) could see just punishment meted out.

The murderers were tied to posts, blindfolded and the executioners, 8 or 10 in number readied their rifles.

Not one of those riflemen could shoot worth a damn. They shot them in their legs, arms, genitals and the rats were left hanging and bleeding to death.

The newsmen from el norte were just shocked.

The captain of the firing squad had to dispatch the two with his sidearm and, with tv cameras rolling, chunks of their skulls and brain matter sprayed the ground.

As far as I know there hasn't been a crime like this since.

I only wish I could say the same thing for the invasion of the illegals and what they've done to our children!

I have always felt the punishment should fit the crime.

I would sentence these guys to prison for life without the possibility of parole and let them be raped every single day in prison by the biggest strongest inmate they could find every single day of their miserable lives. Let them know how it feels first hand. Killing the sobs is too easy, too quick unless you did it by the Chinese death of a thousand cuts or by slowing skinning them alive.

Cruel and unusual punishment? You bet. And there are a lot of cases out there where cruel and unusual punishment is just what is needed. This is one of those times.

Execute, then move on leaving the thought of the severe punishment in the minds of potential perverts.

“Will someone please explain to me again how the laws on the books keep me safer from predators than does the gun on my hip?”

Lawyers, social workers, counselors of all sorts, prision guards, parole officers, ad nauseam - all claim they are “preventing crime”, or “rehabbing offenders”. Blah, blah, blabber, blabber.

Trust the nice person in the system. They are there to help you.

Well, well! Gag me with a cliche - they are trying to.

What I can’t understand is the following, which was in the article after the article stated the perp was denied bail:
“He was appointed a public defender and was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.”

Something does not make sense. If in jail, without bond, how could the perp possibly have any contact with the victim?

Or is there something I missed? Not being a lawyer, perhaps I missed something obvious to those in the system.

“Will someone please explain to me again how the laws on the books keep me safer from predators than does the gun on my hip?”

I left off the (/sarc) tag, because I thought I really may be missing something.

Only in the likes of Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 do the firemen (not firefighters) arrive BEFORE the fire. ;)

Only in the likes of Equilibrium, Minority Report, NKVD/KGB-controlled Russia and STASI controlled-East Germany do the police arrive BEFORE the crime. ;) x 2

That approach no more works in the movies than it does in real life. At least not for free men.

"The fear of imminent justice" WORKS. It is the fear that "accounts will be settled right here and right now and justice will prevail." It is the psychological mechanism that causes you to NOT lay your hand on a red-hot stove: the 100% certainty that you will get burned right and right now and it is going to hurt and that hurt is going to last a long time.

Predators choose the weak sheep instead of the old rams for a reason. I do not in any way advocate that anyone "take the law into [their] own hands." I do advocate taking responsibility for your own personal safety and that of your loved ones. There's a joke about someone being asked why she carries a gun and the woman says "Because a cop is too heavy." In a perfect world, no one would need to carry any form of weapon; in a perfect world there would be no need for law enforcement; in a perfect world there would be no need for laws. Just the same, I'll take this flawed messed-up world any day over the make-believe land of the Teletubbies and Boobahs. Yes and GLADLY, warts and all.

"No contact" means do not put yourself in proximity to the victim, call, write, email, communicate in person or through other parties, etc. Given the legal (ILLEGAL) status of the perps and their "region" of origin, it is not beyond the realm of possibility that they, their associates, or their associates' associates have gang affiliations. These people do not play nice. A little intimidation of the victim or her family can work wonders in convincing her that she suddenly realizes she is absolutely certain that she did not see what she once thought she saw. There are additional reasons more unsettling and to the point. Hence, the "no contact" order.

Maybe that helps.

What we had in the early 1800s was no law, and had to resort to vigilantism. Then came the law, with its protection of ordinary citizens, and vigilantism subsided. The courts and their judges were responsible, honest men who were fair and just.

Now with the infestation of liberals on court benches, we no longer have the protection of the law; in fact the case can be made that they’ve turned against us ordinary citizens in favor of illegal aliens, child rapists, and other criminals.

Is vigilantism again in order? Shall we again rise up for our own protection?
