Let's calm down folks, nothing is going to happen today. They PROMISED to wait 48 hours before voting on this bill, and it wasn't posted until 11pm last night, so they can't possibly vote before 11pm Saturday.

They wouldn't lie to us, would they? I mean, that promise was just made Tuesday, and the democrat party is honest and a party of the people, right?

I called congressman Etheridge( NC 2nd District) to find out if he had read the stimulus bill and if he agreed with the socialized medicine parts Obama has snuck in. His staffer said he is aware of EVERY PORTION of the bill. She apparently wasn’t so I explained the provisions in question. I sent the following email to the good congressman

“Congressman, your staff has advised me that you are aware of EVERY PORTION of the stimulus bill currently before the house. The following is a link to a report from Bloomberg on socialized medicine that is in the bill:
