It sounds much like the crappy law in California. I had to keep all my firearms unloaded and in locked cases and in my locked trunk between my home and the range. Ammo was kept in my range bag. Under those circumstances I could "travel". It certainly infringed on my right to "bear". That which is unloaded and locked away is perfectly useless for self defense.

This is true. Now, what about the USSC ruling that the Police do NOT have the obligation to help you... in other words, they stripped you of even the idea/pretense that the police are, as an organization, right?, even concerned about you as a person.
