There’s an equivalent to Master Cook for Macs - It’s MacGourmet - and it can import Master Cook files too :)

I also found one that will work with Vista and import MC recipes but it's a major operation, especially with the amount I have.

Actually, I thought that MC had a Mac version, but Sierra sold the title to a company called ValuSoft and it hasn't been the same since so maybe there isn't a Mac version.
