Why Pay ACORN subcontract when you can just give them an office in the West Wing?

Sorry my exerpt was too short:
According to a political insider, the president's urban renewal plan - from neighborhoods to downtown corridors - calls for creating more opportunities for minority businesses, establishing more affordable public transportation, raising the minimum wage, ending tax breaks for businesses that send jobs overseas, providing additional funding for community policing and ending racial profiling.

I'm guessing that this new bureaucracy will not be charged with the much needed task of bringing civilization back to our cities.

" providing additional funding for community policing and ending racial profiling. ">/i> So, ACORN is going to be recruiting and training Obama's national police force, I guess that's why they needed 100 billion $$. All Left, All black; No racial profiling huh?

Just look back at his community organizing in Chicago, it did a world of good and many of his friends including himself became rich from it.

Yes. I’m guessing this will extend to the suburbs and will involve the “equitable housing” that appeared on the obama campaign site. With a slow housing market, this is an opportunity to move blue voters into red neighborhoods.
This is very well orchestrated. I think it’s been a long time coming.

Of course. This isn’t for the little people. This is to make his friends rich (and to have an established political machine at the ready).
