It is bigger than that too. He is not the only one with multi SS#s. In Camden NJ quite a few phantom #s collect state pensions and paychecks. From reviewing Obama’s ‘trail’, his SS#s are involved with quite a number of properties and real estate transactions. His sister in law has been shown to be involved with real estate transactions using her married and maiden names (in the same transactions, same properties).
The HAVA Act (Help American Vote Act) was instituted to purge known phantom voters from the voter rolls. That Act got watered down and lacks reinforcement. I think the few phantom situations mentioned above (SS#s, voting, bundling campaign funds, properties, paychecks) are only the tip of the iceberg. This may be a big reason as to why Obama needed the Census data moved to the Executive control.
