Good morning, Pusterfuss...((HUGS))...17 here and just a hint of little white things falling from the sky. Are you having ice issues with the up and down temps?
LOL! How are you, alfa? Any tornado issues?
None of them twisty things around here that I am aware of.
Just wrapping up my 12 hours of frivloity and fun. Should be headed for home in about an hour.

And I am headed to my bed. Good night and safe journey home.
A very pleasant good morning to everyone at the Canteen and to all our military at home and abroad. Thanks for your service to our country.

Good morning, Everyone. Good morning
Thank you, Connie, for preparing the Canteen for today's activities.I can't wait to read through the pings and see what kind of scary stories were posted.
As for me, I suppose the most mysterious place I've been has to be Maryland. I'm totally mystified as to why we are home to so many liberals. hehe
Here's our Local DC Metroland weather report
~ Today.....Mostly Sunny Windy & Cooler But Still Mild for February HIGHS: 50 - 60 WINDS: W 20- 30mph (Gusts 40 - 60mph)
~ Tonight.....Clear & Windy LOWS: 30S WINDS: NW 15 - 25mph
Time to make my rounds and read some of the entries. But, you stay right where you are. Don't leave the Canteen. Keep your eyes on your monitor. Cause...............I'll be bock!
Remember, the Canteen is ALWAYS
So, come on in and sit for a while. There's always plenty of coffee, pancakes, conversation, silliness, and plain old BS
REMEMBER THEM ....

Yeserday at this time we were having ISP issues. Apparently, our ISP's high speed server went down sometime the night before. Everything seems to be working OK.
We did pick up about a quater inch of rain. Some places around here picked up over two inches. This was a line of storms which moved through. There was a tremednous amount of lightning but thankfully the power stayed on throughout the storms.
I'm sure many of you have heard about what happend in Lone Grove Tuesday night. That storm developed ahead of the line and was by itself. This isn't the kind of thing you want to have happen becuase that's when you have the most dangerous of storms take place.
The broadcast media did an excellent job of covering the storms Tuesday night. There was a tremedoud amount of damage. Sadly nine people lost their lives from this tornadic storm and two people are missing.
Lone Grove schools are closed for today. Also, one of the churches in the town cancelled services last night. It will take awhile for life to return to normal.
The weather is much more clam today. They're forecasting a hi near 70. I may take Bo out to the lake later today.
How's it going for you this morning, Ladies?
Good Morning E.G.C. :)
I hope the weather stays calm. My prayers for those who were in the path of the storms.
We are suppose to get strong winds but so far it’s a nice day.
Wish you a great day at the lake. 70 degrees and sunny, nice! :)
LOL
Good morning to you, philly
How goes it?
YUM! Look at that tasty thread.
I think I’m going to insinuate myself into that tasty repast
