BILL O'REILLY, HOST: In the "Back of the Book" tonight, let's bring in Governor Mitt Romney from San Diego, where he watched Obama's press conference.
Did you learn anything? I'm asking this to everybody. Did you learn anything, Governor?
MITT ROMNEY, FORMER MASSACHUSETTS GOVERNOR: Well, I learned that there's a very great rhetorical benefit in being able to set up straw men, like the one you just showed, and then knock them down.
Dealing with the real problems associated with Barack Obama's stimulus plan was not something which he was prepared to do, and you know, you understand why he's doing what he is doing. He's had a pretty tough couple of weeks here.

He should know, he's an expert at straw men.
The Government is coming out with something similar to this:

and over half the country will buy it!
U nited S ocialist A ct
LOL. Thanks.
Thanks for keeping Mitt posts on FR. I was getting nostalgic for some good ole Mitt-hater comments. :-)
That was a good Interview LOL Mitt DID tear Bambi a new one, and did so ever so politely.
First, Romney praises Obama. What an a$$hole.
Second, Romney fought President Bush's tax cut.
This shows Romney was a flip-flopper again on this (like everything else).
"As U.S. real output grew 13 percent between 2002 and 2006, Massachusetts trailed at 9 percent.
* Manufacturing employment fell 7 percent nationwide those years, but sank 14 percent under Romney, placing Massachusetts 48th among the states.
* Between fall 2003 and autumn 2006, U.S. job growth averaged 5.4 percent, nearly three times Massachusetts' anemic 1.9 percent pace.
* While 8 million Americans over age 16 found work between 2002 and 2006, the number of employed Massachusetts residents actually declined by 8,500 during those years.
"Massachusetts was the only state to have failed to post any gain in its pool of employed residents," professors Sum and McLaughlin concluded.
In an April 2003 meeting with the Massachusetts congressional delegation in Washington, Romney failed to endorse President Bush's $726 billion tax-cut proposal.

Third, Obama is in the Oval Office with the help of foreign nations, ACORN, and TeamRomney.
Still stuck on the Romney bash?
Yep. He’s a class act too.
Your back!!!!!!! Same old crap.
I don’t drink his Kool-Aid, so I don’t suffer from the blindness it causes.
Yes, indeed.
So you were born that way?
Hard to believe BOR did not discuss the Nationalized Healthcare legislation hidden in the stimulus bill.
I voted for Mitt in the NY primary (Fred was out by then) but I’m really tired of him. He’s not going to get the 2012 nomination, so he’s just wasting his time, since most Republicans and all Democrats really don’t want to hear what he has to say at this point in time.
Wow..only took 14 posts to resort to personal attacks.
correction....12 posts.
Run for the hills. They’re coming!
