BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Authorities said a man, 66, was arrested after calling 911 on Saturday to complain that a fast food restaurant ran out of lemonade. After a drive-through employee failed to respond to the man's threat of contacting the police, the irate diner called 911, a police report alleges.

He spent about 5 minutes talking to the 911 operator about his complaint.

I searched, but didn't see it posted.

This guy's problem is he should have called the White House, or attended today's townhall with the miracle worker...

He should have gone to the BHO town hall today. Barack would have gotten him lemonade.

You will drink it and call it lemonade, or else.

Yeah. Lemonade is among the things like food, gas and mortgage money the Gov’t is ready to supply to the Pipples. It's just that the list was too long to specifically mention this benefit. That probably explains this guy's confusion. He needed to call the bailout police not the regular police.

LOL!

Maybe his mind has been compromised by dementia or a stroke.

I know a stroke victim who dialed 911 for a glass of water.

This is no more absurd than asking the President of the United States for a car, a new kitchen, and a bathroom.

I fail to see the big deal. /s

LOL, my opinion also.

And I was hoping that was just a dream (but I fear the nightmare has just begun)...

I heard the 911 call on the local news this morning. The whole news crew were in tears laughing. He was a Haitian, with a strong accent.

“I heard the 911 call on the local news this morning. The whole news crew were in tears laughing. He was a Haitian, with a strong accent.”

Ah! That explains it. Clearly this was racially motivated! “The Man” (in this case in the form of a minimum wage fast food worker) was conspiring to deny this poor man his right to the beverage of his choice!

This should be prosecuted as a hate crime.
