Rush proposes that Soros or a consortium of countries withdrew billions from American markets to create the financial crisis, assuring Obama’s win. I think that’s his suggestion.

Apparently there was on 9/18 an electronic run on the banks which could have caused a world wide crash of the economy. It could have been caused by Soros and/or a group of countries like Russia. It was noticed by the authorities and they tried to infuse more money. After realizing it wasn’t working; they shut the electronic banking down and guaranteed money to each account. They went to Bush and I got lost there. He had to do something about it.
It’s getting hot out there.
