Some sort of a blended-wing-body with slightly down-turned wingtips?
If that is a turbofan with a rudder above, my guess this would be civilian. I don't know squat about Radar Cross Sections, by my guess with that rudder/engine sticking up liek that it is not military.
A single jet? perhaps something to compete against the new Piper and Cirrus Single Jets....

I am always amazed that people believe aliens would travel light years to find life, only to fly off without attempting to make contact.
If there is life, especially life intelligent enough to make it across the galaxy, I believe it would be smarter than that.

The trees are in focus which should have been closer than the object and the clouds are in focus which must be farther away. It doesn’t look like motion blur and if it was moving fast he should have been panning the camera to track it which obviously he wasn’t.
Fake.
I swear if I ever saw a UFO photo that was in focus I think I’d faint.
