I watched as 20 and 30 and 40 years ago the government and our institutions aggressively promoted Islam, primarily to blacks, especially in prisons.

At one time democrats were transferring millions of dollars to the black Muslims by hiring them to run security in housing projects.

Islam was pushed by the culture in movies and on TV (remember Phil Donahue) as a way to instill pride and militant discipline in blacks, getting them away from the “white man’s Jesus”.

If our congress-critters were concerned with anything other than the next election, they would . . . oh, never mind.

Islam does not deserve 1st Amendment protection.
