In December, Bayh tried to organize conservative democrats in the senate like the blue dogs are organized in the House. He’s trying to take his party back from the liberals.....Too late.

Speaking of Blue Dogs, one of them proposed a bare bone stimulus...there is a thread on it today. I wish there were more Democrats like Minnick.
