As a ten-year, two-time cancer survivor, I have learned far more than I ever wanted to know about the American health care system. I am alive today because I had access to medical doctors who were ready, willing and able to provide treatment that would have been denied under the nationalized health care envisioned by Barack Obama and by-the-grace-of-God-disgraced-and-defeated Tom Daschle.

It’s right out of Animal Farm. The horse worked hard and was promised a good retirement. In the end, when the horse was no longer useful, he was taken to the glue factory.
If they’re listening to people like Obama or Gore, they belive that signing those death warrants is for the greater good of mankind. After all, anyone over 40 is stuck in the past and unwilling to give up the old ideas.
Of course, since no criteria for success or failure will ever be agreed upon, the nationalization can't fail...but neither can it succeed.
Apparently, this is how Obama will solve the Social Security crisis. If he kills off all us “old” people we won’t be able to collect benefits.
All those Zombie-like young voters who voted for Obama because they thought he was cool and would “change” things have just signed their grandparents’ death warrant....
The baby boomers are a VERY large generation and I expect them to put up a fierce battle over any health care rationing.....
The morning after the election, there was a thread here about what to say to friends and family members about the outcome of the election. My one and only comment was said tongue in cheek about not calling my niece an idiot, zombie, or a communist. That comment somehow got back to her. I have no idea how. She was very cold toward me at Christmas. However, the more I think about my statement, the more accurate I believe it might be. There are those who do believe that some should get out of the way for the greater good of mankind. I would put those in the Communist column. But many, based on their comments, like Cher’s of the other day, might be classified as Zombies. I suppose where I made an error was calling the third classification “idiots” rather than “ignorant”.
I wonder what all the black americans who voted for Obama and support the Pelosistien Porkulus bill, are goig to think, when they find out that the medical procedures that are mandated in it, will allow the DemoKlan to kill their mommas by denying them medical treatment when they get sick?
Their mommas will be too old to make enough money for the DemoKlan to be worth saving...Just “economic necessities”..that’s all...
I hope that there is an army of lawyers ready to take this to court. It is blatantly unconstitutional. It discrimates against the elderly by not providing equal opportunity. It is also a classic violation of First Amentment freedom OF religion clause, when it states that no funds to be used where religious activities are allowed.
How about doing something FOR America, instead of TO America, all you lawyers?
