Kevin Bacon and his brother visited CIA HQS recently with no cameras present or intent to promote anything. He just wanted to say hello and meet the people of the agency. Not many Hollywood types do that.
Kevin Bacon is pro-Obama - he donated money to O’s campaign. He also lost a lot of money with Bernie Madoff. I will no longer watch his movies.
After seeing who is interviewing him i stopped..
But i was shocked to see that thong sales are down...

Sorry. No tickey no shorty. I do not support people who support Obama. We do not have a free press or news media but how many conservatives would cancel TV service because it is being used against us.
Obama is harming your kids and grandkids future. This is going to far worse than anyone realizes.

About three weeks ago. If he was trying to promote something it was lost on everyone. He got the usual tour of the museum and then made himself available for photographs with employees. Apparently, he was very nice.
Just because the movie is about the military, doesn't make it good. Hidden in the sympathy for the fallen soldier will be messages for how atrocious the US's mission is.
Count on it.
Bacon's latest movie was Frost/Nixon...entertaining, but a screed about how wacky and eccentric Nixon was.

BTW Al Franken visited the troops in Iraq on several occasions.

I will give Kevin B a pass and watch it. I’ll DL it when someone uploads it on the bittorrent networks but I am still amazed that Chris Mathews was respectful of Lt Col Strobl. Usually the left hates the military.
