Just watch the liberals and leftists turn into NIMBYs.

Hey, let’s send them to Hollywood, Oakland, S. Francisco, and Berkeley. Why not? The prisoners will be saying “Where is them rich folks?” Might as well give them a map.

In his youth Thelton Henderson was the mentor to the California Black Panthers. He has never forgotten his roots.

One interesting thing about California prisons is this that in 2007, over 2/3 of those that went to prison were for parole violations. No other state does that, and the parole guards have the same union as the prison guards.

Cal leads nation in inmates, especially parole violators

Sounds like a scam to me.

What is the government for, anyhow? If it’s going to let the criminals run free, and not defend the borders, then why not have anarchy and save the taxes?

Here's what they don't say, because they propbably don't know.

A few years ago the Dept of Corrections took over the Youth Authority. There is a Youth Authority facility in Chino with 1200 cells. The inmates are ages 18-25. The count is at about 700.

They could move the 700 to other facilities which used to be YA and put 1200 inmates at that facility. Turn it into a medical facility and please some of the court concerns. Or at least don't let 1200 out on the street.

Obama needs the space for law abiding citizens with guns who believe in doing their duties as spelled out in the second amendment.

"In his youth Thelton Henderson was the mentor to the California Black Panthers. He has never forgotten his roots."

He hasn't forgotten his new "religion" either, the religion most black panthers now practice, claiming it to be the cult... er... religion of their ancestral roots.

Too stupid to read a little further in history to realize it was the religion of their enslavers I guess.

If literally everything were not a crime, the prisons wouldn't be overcrowded.

We have more people in prison than Russia and China combined.

If you ignore a seatbelt violation long enough in this country, you will wind up in prison.

Maybe we need to start decriminalizing a few things.

People know what the rules are. If they can’t live by them, then they need to move elsewhere or accept the penalties.

An excellent articulation of the driving force behind the founding of the USA.

I believe in living within the law. If folks disagree with those laws, they should get them changed, then live within the new laws.

If they can’t, they should to a place that has laws more to their liking.

Those who originally moved to the new world, did so to get away from English rule. When England exerted it’s will on the new world occupants, it wasn’t to be unexpected that folks would rebel.

And when the government(s) of the new world ignore the wishes of its citizens 200+ years later, what is expected to happen?

Citizens of this nation have a representative government. If they want change, they can advocate for it. If they can’t obtain that change, they may have to accept that they may be asking for something that was unreasonable.

Or the citizens may have to get out the torches and pitchforks in order to impress upon our elected representatives our desires.

If we can get past security.

Yes, and if that works for you, then it works for any group that comes along and wants its way no matter what. Hey NAMBLA has some desires. I guess they should just get their group together and beat the crap out of Congressmen and Senators.

I’m not happy with our government either right now. I still think we need to work within some guidelines, or all hell breaks loose. Course all hell is breaking loose isn’t it.

Take care.
