This evening Glenn Beck is presenting a special called, God In America.
Saturday Feb.7th - Fox News 9:00-10:00 PM
I use to tune in when Beck had his show on that other channel and he was always interesting.
Thought FReepers might be interested in following along with the show.

I use to be a regular on the Tony Snow Thread.
I see a little bit of Tony in Glenn Beck.
Glenn if you are following this thread, that is the highest praise a Snowflake FReeper could give you.

Glenn Beck speaks to and connects with a mass of Americans... I don’t think he is aware of.

Yeah, like I said he has a little bit of Tony Snow in him.
I really like the guy. He has been really hammering on what is going on in Mexico.
...and his Obama theme song is hysterical.

Glen has the best show on Fox right now. I think he will be huge. Fox has a complete corner on the market of news that even questions the messiahship of Obama.

I ROTFL when I watch him.
Puts SH to shame.

I totally agree that Glenn Beck speaks to and connects with a huge cross-section of Americans. His ratings that first week were just below Sean H., and I bet he'll be moving up soon. Rush Limbaugh is still the intellectual king, so knowledgeable he can quickly connect ideas, concepts and history and make his point magnificently. But Glenn connects on a serious note, graphically showing his point with diagrams, drama, and/or good humor. I hope he's on twice a day soon on Fox.

I loved his diagram of how the government has been printing out money over the last 9 decades.
It was an eyeopener.

The best thing he's done so far, IMHO, was when he stated that EVERYONE in government should be required to get an IRS audit. I just caught this in passing and haven't been able to hear the whole things so I started to work on it myself. Here is my version:,....Everyone that is elected or appointed should volunteer to be audited for 3 years in the past or forfeit their position. That wouldn't include the hirelings and staff, but just the appointee's and elected officials.
I would like to get this idea rolling but am having trouble getting even an answer from my congressmen.

Star Parker saying she lived on welfare at one time and knows what they are about to do with all that money. Ever left wing slush fund will be getting money, including ACORN.
