Bizarre, but interesting. I’ll be curious as to what happens when one of the “human weights” gets injured because someone puts them down wrong (or drops the person).

The Gymbox chain gym in central London says fitness enthusiasts can now swap their usual lumps of metal for human beings in a range of shapes and sizes.

Who is going to try lifting this?

Dumb, dumb, dumb. The problem is people who characterize their workouts as “dreary.” I used to see these people in the gym all the time. They never pushed themselves and so never made any progress. That’s the reason they could never get excited by what they were doing and could never look forward to their workouts. You don’t have to benchpress some big fat sweaty dude to put excitement and interest in your workouts!

.......pushups are the best exercise by far.....

I do four thousand a week and that make up 1/4 of my weekly workout...

If one needs to be motivated by a gimmick to go to the gym then one probably has much deeper issues than exercise .....

If you take the test, you’re a moron. (Provide valuable personal information, and they’ll e-mail you your score, along with more SPAM than you’ll ever know what to do with.)
