I am finding it difficult for me justifying my taxes paying for this when here in Ohio, the Public Employees Retirement System is trying to force me out of the medical system until I reach age 55. They will still cover the retirees and children, but are only doing this to the spouses.
Ive always done the right thing, as the politicians say. Ive always paid all of my bills, have always had my own health insurance, and have never even taken a cent from unemployment when I could have. Now, Im expected to pay for this plan while, like I said prior, my state is trying to force me out of their medical coverage plan until I reach age 55.

And when the excess cigarette tax doesn't cover this guess where they will get the money?? Yep, us. When I worked in Britain in the 80’s I made peanuts because my education didn't translate into their system. My tax bite was 50%. Gotta pay for all that Socialism somehow. Everybody will be paying, not just the rich.

This is the most STUPID way to fund a program that I have ever heard of. What kind of “intellectuals” come up with this stuff?

Here, in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a one cent per cigarette tax goes to fund the arts!
