Hey, I thought this stuff was harmless....
Obama will legalize it then put a tax on it.
He hates kids anyways, so how far of a reach would that be.
That essentially is the liberal left plan for guns and ammunition, applied to child porn and sexual perversion.
Yep, and the greatest portion of these perverts live in places like MA, CA, and western Oregon where the Barney Fag, and the mayor of Portland, get this, Sam Adams, have both molested boys and yet are retained as “leaders” of the sicko supporters. Where is the civilized world? What happened?
That's the answer, and socially "ghettoize" it.
“The profits for creating and trading images of often-violent sexual abuse of children, toddlers, and infants amount to an estimated $2- to $3-billion each year.”
Anyone who has this garbage is complicit in the sexual abuse of children and should be treated as such.
‘600,000 Americans, 65,000 Canadians Trading Child Porn Online’
You can cut this number by 75% if you factor in the law enforcement guys offering porn to sting others to be able to arrest them. If you are stupid enough to think that 14 year old girl texting you isn’t a cop, tough.
Back when the post office was the way porn moved, most of those back page ads in sleazy magazines were placed by postal inspectors to lure stupid people into writing in requests for porn. When the package arrived, the mail man holding it was a cop and arrested you. The war on porn is like the war on drugs, it goes on and on.
Horrible.
I am very distraught about this (and other stuff).
Prayer? Fasting? Mass marches? Tax revolt? Ninja groups “taking care” of evil doers? What’s the answer?
Should face summary execution.
So, kill the real child porn producers and distributers and voila, no more problem.
This is what I think. We fast, pray, and vote and all that, but lately it has been becoming clear that God himself is going to have to take things into his own hands and square things away, just look at the mess we're in, we can't get ourselves out of it, we are to blind.
I agree. Not that we should sit back and “let” God do it all, but we should do whatever we can and beg Him to help. This is why I think there are rough waters ahead.
This, being an emotional issue gets the hysteria and the handwinging, and the attention from those who love to immerse themselves in the topic they condemn.
Thousands more kids are harmed, maimed and killed, by DUI drivers than are harmed by pornography, but we hear nary a peep about that to the same level of frenzy or emotional handwringing. Why is that?
It's not a question of which is worse, although it is debatable whether being killed is worse than being abused. Since the perfect world does not exist, might the limited resources of humans to stop evil be misdirected?
Of the roughly 50,000 deaths in auto accidents each year, how many are children? How many of those are alcohol related?
I would say the emotions get involved after the moral evaluation of this crap.
The consequences of a pornographic mindset lead to the death of society, history is proof positive of that, witness the ancient Greeks and Romans. And we are right behind them.
What's that compared to annual auto accidents.
The more learned than me say pornography is harder to kick than alcohol.
I would rather my child be killed or even maimed in an auto accident than to be molested. Matthew 10:28 “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” A person who molests a child steals their innocence. Most will probably never recover emotionally or spiritually. A child hurt or killed in an auto accident doesnt have to death with a wounded spirit. And for which is “more evil” Mark 9:42 “And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.”
“A child hurt or killed in an auto accident doesnt have to death with a wounded spirit” Should read “A child hurt or killed in an auto accident doesnt have to DEAL with a wounded spirit”.
If you want to compare the numbers of children hurt by accidents (alcohol related) and those hurt by molestation here you go. You said “50,000 deaths in auto accidents each year”. Of course not all of those are children but we will still give you the 50,000 number. From the article “The number is even more alarming when considering how many children, toddlers and infants are put in danger by the spread of child pornography addiction. According to information released at the press conference, studies indicate that those who engage in actual child abuse - somewhere between 30-80% of those possessing abusive images - have anywhere from 13 to 30 child victims each.” The article says that 600,000 Americans possess child pornography. We will use their lowest estimates in each case. 600,000 divided by 30% equals 180,000 people who are molesters. 180,000 molesters times 13 victims each equals 2,340,000. It will take 46 years of child traffic victims to reach that number. My numbers also dont include children that are abused and act out on other children. The problem is that of each of those 2 million plus children how many will grow up to be abusers themselves? And dont fault me. I just used the numbers that the article gave.

why not make it legal?
our culture already hates kids and gloifies youth.
Christians for one thing have to do a little less Bible reading and get out into the real world and see what’s really happening.
They also must get rid of their “judgement-phobia” and speak LOUDLY that they are intolerant of immoral behavior.
