So far six audience members have stormed out midperformance of the Broadway show “You’re Welcome America. A Final Night with George W Bush,” the comedian Will Ferrell’s lampooning of the 43rd president, according to those keeping count at the Cort Theater. But they haven’t been leaving after a particular Ferrell quip.
They’ve been standing up, instead, after the projection of a supersize photo on the backdrop of the stage. A photo of a penis. Specifically, as Mr. Ferrell (who plays President Bush) leads the audience to believe, the president’s penis. Except that’s not quite right.
“It’s an anonymous but age-appropriate public domain Internet penis,” said Adam McKay, the play’s director. “We went on the Web and got a penis.”
“It’s not the president’s penis, as far as I know, and Will is 41, so we weren’t going to use his,” Mr. McKay added. “What I do know is that the photo gets one of the great shrieks of delight from the audience, and it’s also the one moment that is followed by people walking out.”

They're the modern equivalent of the ten honest men Abraham bargained with God about in Genesis 19-20 for the fate of Sodom and Gomorrah. In the end, Lot and his daughters were all there was left of common decency in those cities.

But, no, Hollywood doesn't find Bill Clinton a subject worthy of a movie. Instead, it makes a movie about David Frost interviewing Richard Nixon 30-something years ago, and smugly pats itself on the back for being politically daring.
Hollywood is more full of hypocrites than a pomegranate is of seeds.

I suspect the New York Times says “no president” needs this kind of exposure to discourage anyone from doing the same thing to Obama, not that they disapprove of doing this to President Bush.
I’ve said for a long time that BDS won’t be cured any time soon. It’s like a drug, and they need their fixes. Now that President Bush is out of office and their supply is dwindling, they will have to do the equivalent of setting up meth labs to manufacture more “product.”
They haven’t even released that very critical and fact based mini-series about Clinton, the Path to 9/11 I think it was called.

I have been all along, but before it was because he's a sucky, unfunny, no talent actor /comedian.

I can't boycott him, since I can't stand him for more than about 3 minutes at a time. He was good in SNL, since the short sketches allowed him to do his thing and then get out. But I've never been able to watch him through an entire movie.
It's really amazing how those with BDS just can't seem to let go of Bush...

Media hacks were making gratuitous insults about Nixon, even in print in unrelated subject areas, for years after his resignation. The characteristic infantilism of the left never changes.
