The flip side is four years from now Conservatives are going to be looking very good to average voters across the board.

The republican brand is damaged beyond repair IMHO. I think civil unrest will take care of the parties as they are today. I think the biggest fear the American government should be concerned with right now, is it's people and that is likely a understatement.
The flip side is that a major American city may be burning, and the economy is worse than the mess created by FDR’s redistribution projects.
But will there be conservative Republican candidates to run for office? Seems we keep getting stuck with “moderates” aka liberals.
