JOE SCARBOROUGH: But Commander, how do you feel this morning knowing that men that perpetratedterroriststhat perpetrated an attack on your ship,
are now free because of a presidential order that was made to fulfill a campaign promise to the extreme left? How does that make you feel personally? Surely they are not FREE....They still are being held at Gitmo.. Right?

You’re surely right. But he is free of charges, at least for time being. Charges dismissed without prejudice, so that they could be reinstated.

We know where 0’s sympathies and loyalties lie, there is no need for his lackeys to explain his actions. This is just one aspect of 0’s jihad against Americans. Give him three more weeks, and we’ll get a real look at his treachery.

Unless they can bring charges again, and I haven’t seen the reasoning behind the dismissal of charges, then he will be released.

In all seriousness, I’m sure that was the reaction of this terrorist to the news that the charges against him were dropped. What a disgrace!

Zero wants to see long drawn out trials at taxpayer expense to showcase to the world how fair America can be....even to throat slitters. At the same time he falls flat on his ass at protecting us......

Well when a fellow islamist takes such a gracious action on your behalf, he should be praised and commended to Allah...

Unless they can bring charges again, and I havent seen the reasoning behind the dismissal of charges, then he will be released. He was due to enter a plea[likely guilty] on Monday, at which point jeopardy would have attached and he couldn't be tried again should The One change the process. Since the charges were dropped, for now, he stays in jail, and can be charged in the future. If BHO figures out what he wants to do. The status of his confessions, all of which he claims were extracted under torture, will be interesting should BHO go the civil court route. Wonder if he was Mirandized? It all has the makings of quite a circus.
BTW, the charges were dropped by officials at GITMO. BHO wanted to wait until after meeting with the victims families today, the act of a true coward.
