Eighteen and pregnant, Sycloria Williams went to an abortion clinic outside Miami and paid $1,200 for Dr. Pierre Jean-Jacque Renelique to terminate her 23-week pregnancy.
Three days later, she sat in a reclining chair, medicated to dilate her cervix and otherwise get her ready for the procedure.

If I get this right, the so-called mother paid the abortion clinic to kill her baby. But things did not work out as expected, she got to see the baby, and now she's suing the clinic for doing exactly what she had paid them to do!
What happened to the Born Alive Infant Protection Act?

Sound like a murder charge.

During the 2002 state Senate floor debate, when arguing against an abortionist being mandated to call a second doctor to assess and potentially provide medical care to the living result of his botch, Obama said:
[A]n additional doctor who then has to be called in an emergency situation to come in and make these assessments is really designed simply to burden the original decision of the woman and the physician to induce labor and perform an abortion.
I think it’s important to understand that this issue ultimately is about abortion and not live births.

Abortion being legal, what’s the crime here?
Procrastination?
(Nuff said. My eyes are starting to burn.)

FoCA will remove ALL restrictions, and I mean ALL,
that your state and mine have enacted.
12 yr old? No parental permission or notification necessary.
3rd trimester? Freshly born? dead, if the woman “chooses”
Against Dr’s religion? Too bad, do it or be prosecuted.

Abortion being legal, whats the crime here? The immediate cause of death was not abortion, but being placed in a plastic bag and thrown away... and that is not legal. This is just an example of what the BAIPA was supposed to prevent!

Lawsuit?
What about an indictment?

Abortion is the only medical procedure in which a "botch" is defined by one of the individuals involved not dying.

I agree! I just think it is ironic that the woman got so upset because they killed her baby at the abortion clinic. Was she so obtuse that she really didn't believe it was a baby until she actually saw it? If that's the case, we all need to donate to the
Psalm 139 Project, a ministry of the Southern Baptist Convention to raise funds to provide ultrasound equipment to Crisis Pregnancy Centers.

Our new poseur-in-chief on four ocasions worked to cancel the Constitutional rights of just born alive infants as his means to protect Roe v Wade from being eroded by recognizing the rights of these born-alive little ones. He is the change for our future don’tchaknow. Murderous change as the hope of his worshipping sycophancy. ... Molech anyone?

She came face to face with a human being," Pennekamp said. "And that changed everything."
And there's the money quote. It's okay to kill "it" as long as "its" in pieces when you first see "it." The self importance of these girls is pretty astounding. As if the baby wasn't a person till she looked at her.
Words fail.
To: MrB
I know. But my fear is that Obama doesn't want to face an aroused, united, mad-as-hell Catholic/Evangelical prolife opposition, so he'll find a ways to get everything he wants incrementally, by judicial ruling, and by stealth.
No way he's going to put it all into one big glaring skull-faced pro-death package for an up-or-down vote.
Be vigilant.

Well, I hope they can prosecute and convict the murderer and all accessories and accomplices.
Though deliberately inducing a dangerously premature birth for no therapeutic reason should be considered some kind of medical malpractice in itself, shouldn't it?

The abortionists are trained to use certain words, and avoid other words,
all to convey the impression of a lack of humanness on the “fetus”.

As outrageous as this is, I just cannot wrap my mind around it being legal to kill this child (the same age, the same time) inside the womb, and illegal outside the womb.
In an awful way, it makes more sense that the child was killed OUTSIDE in the cold cruel world by cold cruel predators, rather than inside the womb where she was supposed to be protected and safe.
God help me, I will never, ever be able to understand how this can be legal.

Our new poseur-in-chief is of the opinion that there should not be any gestational age limit, either! Death by neglect is approved by our nem Marxist messish, so long as the female demands ‘it’ be killed.
