Stupid amendment. We should have the *real* Dodd amendment - limiting sweetheart mortgages for senators on financial industry oversight committees.
Obama is not going to stop there...he has bigger plans to limit pay for industries and businesses across this country whether they get TARP money or not.
This is a dangerous road the democrats are taking us down(as you know).
