Common sense is such a rare thing, Hat's Off!!! To YOU!!!
link?
I call B.S.
Good point!
Everyone here seems to be in high dudgeon, but I thought this was such a “pro-life” website. Hmmm!
Our local radio show said she got a big insurance settlement after being hurt at work, so yeah, you all paid for it through your insurance premiums.
My sentiments exactly.
I won’t be surprised to see her suing the medical professionals somewhere down the road, for their lack of judgement, not trying to change her mind, etc., etc. She’ll probably get millions under their malpractice coverage.
Got a mirror?
I had to think about this for thirty seconds...you gotta be kidding me, right?
Tax money?”
Preemies are eligible for SSI from the moment of birth until their deaths.
She hit the Taxpayer jackpot for $4800 per month-—totally tax free. %600/kid/month.
Don’t know which administration passed this law, but I am more than a little suspicious of the Clintoooon admin.
She had 6 kids, including a pair of 2 year old twins ?”
Yessireee—oldest is 7.
all original batch, same sperm donor. they take alot of eggs incase it takes a couple tries for them to take.”
How many eggs a month does a woman produce?
She has 14 kids...isn’t that over a year’s worth of eggs?
If this was an affront to God why did He in His wisdom put in place the underlying rules (science) that allows for this procedure? One in five pregnancies miscarries. Why did not that happen? Why did the pregnancy go full term when in most cases some do not implant? You just might want to leave judgement to Him. For it is His.
It’s California. This is her hobby. It’s self-actualization. At least she’s “into” something. sarc/
Generally, one. Occasionally women will produce two.
She must have undergone hormone treatment to stimulate her ovaries to produce more eggs than normal, which were then extracted and joined with a sperm cell.
I want to know how often one stimulated cycle produces 14 eggs or more? Usually only the eggs which are the best size are used and only the best embryos are used for placement in the uterus. She has 14 children. How many eggs did she begin with? How many times did she do this to get so many eggs and then embryos?
I believe it is possible to perform IVF in a careful, moral way. Unfortunately, it is very expensive and may endanger the mother.
It is this. NEVER create more embroys than a mother is willing to use. If a couple wishes to have 2 children and is reluctant to care for more than that, then only take two eggs and only create two embryos. If neither "works", then go through the whole process again.
I don’t have a problem with your suggestions. We will probably find out that someone breached the ethics of this field in a major way with this patient. When that is determined, I hope the jerk who did this winds up flipping hamburgers for a living.
I heard she went to a fertility clinic in Mexico - don't remember where I heard that. Could that be possible?
Sounds compatible with the ethics involved in this dog and pony show, doesn’t it?
Along with the advice to “take your high-risk pregnancy a las Estados Unidos. Let those suckers pay for it.”
IIRC, she was delivered by caesarian surgery by a team of about four dozen medical professionals.
