ERUSALEM – President Obama plans to offer Russia a deal whereby each country would reduce its nuclear weapons stockpile by 80 percent, the Times of London reported today.
The proposal is consistent with Obama's previous calls on the campaign trail for the elimination of all the world's nuclear weapons, arguing the Cold War is over.
Obama's statements came even while Russia reportedly worked to revive its Cold War-era naval activities and weapons supply channels to former allies in a clear challenge to the U.S.

Even without a nuclear exchange, reducing the American arsenal by 80% leaves us strategically and diplomatically vulnerable and without leverage with our allies and our adversaries. It forces America to seek refuge in the United Nations. It advances Obama' s ambition to attain one-world-ism.
One can rationally conclude that Obama is intentionally weakening America's defenses to make us vulnerable to leftists around the world. Saul Alinsky would be proud of his acolyte.

In a setback to the escalating U.S. military efforts in Afghanistan , the president of Kyrgyzstan said Tuesday that his government will shut down the American air base in his country.
U.S. officials say that the Manas Air Base is vital to plans to send an additional 30,000 American troops to Afghanistan , a linchpin of President Barack Obama's efforts to pacify the country.
The announcement by President Kurmanbek Bakiyev came in Moscow, not in his own capital, and shortly after the Russian government reportedly agreed to lend Kyrgyzstan $2 billion , write off $180 million in debt and add another $150 million in aid. Although the Russian government didn't release a statement about the decision, the timing and place of the announcement indicated that the Kremlin had been involved.

Seems the Russians made it a condition of their financial assistance to that country.
I am praying that one of the many scandals swirling around Obama and the democrats comes to light and he/they can be booted from office by 2010.
